To ask, what do festival lovers want from a music festival? Is it great dance music so you yourself can rave all evening, ear ringing heavy metal music for serious moshing or some marvellous soft folk music while people lie in the sun? What is farther crucial really is the sort of atmosphere that people are looking for, the artists & the facilities, all of which at different festivals vary a lot. The essential rock festivals gets into swing gradually at the tail end of April beginning of summer they happen up & down the British Isles so there are always going to be a lovely festival that is close by to festival goers. Festivals traditionally seem to get better year after year. The only down fall that appears to get mentioned year after year is the cost of crisps and cola nevertheless this cannot be helped. One are no allowed to take any of your own crisps or vodka onto the festival grounds but folk are allowed to bring it into your camping ground so it makes sense to eat and drink all one can before stepping into the ground this way festival lovers should be able to refrain from spending tons of money What makes an awesome festival great is for obvious reasons the the warm weather, the outstanding atmosphere the bands and the stunning memories that festival hunters are obviously going to make along the way.

Golf Exercises Don’t Have To Be Grueling

Golf exercises are viewed by the majority of golfers as “work”. That is why it is so difficult to convince golfers that golf exercises can be fun and don’t have to wipe you out physically.

I’ve worked with many golfers in person and with my online golf performance sites, who were shocked to realize how much fun and motivating golf exercises can be.

Don’t picture going into a sweaty, smelly gym and lifting god-awful weights. No…picture doing golf exercises that mimic your golf swing and have a direct impact on your power, accuracy and consistency.

This new outlook will be a huge motivating factor in the success of your golf exercise program. When you envision the end result, it makes it all worthwhile.

It’s also a double benefit!

Doing golf exercises that closely mimic your golf swing, will not only improve the strength and flexibility of your golf swing quickly, but reinforce your swing technique off the course. This double benefit will transform your game.

Get ready for powerful drives, accurate approach shots, and scores that will plummet.

Golf exercises can be done with very affordable and portable equipment saving you time, money and convenience. The thought of going to a gym; or having to join a gym to get started will keep you from starting indefinitely.

Your golf exercises can be done in your home, office or even a hotel room with exercise tubing, a pair of handweights, and maybe a stability ball if you want to get a little more creative.

They are not golf exercises if they are on a machine (especially seated ones). How can a seated machine help your golf swing, when your golf swing is done on your feet, in a very dynamic position require timing, sequence of motion, and stability to name a few?

So next time your golfing buddy says he’s doing golf exercises, ask him (her) what they’re doing specifically. If he/she says they go to the gym and use the machines, you won’t have to say anymore.

Fueled with the above, affordable equipment you are ready to embark on your golf exercises.

Vegetables: Key to Fitness and Weight Control

I was a young child during World War II. To make up for food shortages the government asked citizens to plant Victory Gardens. Like other families on our block, we had a garden in a vacant field. Weeding our Victory Garden was more than a war time activity, it was a social activity.

Families caught up on news as they planted and harvested their crops. Picking vegetables - fat orange carrots, turgid Swiss chard, and giant potatoes - seemed miraculous to me. One day some older kids built a fire on a bare plot and we roasted potatoes. We ate the blackened potatoes without any butter or salt, and I can still remember how good they tasted.

Vegetables fed the nation during World War II. We were a fit nation then because people walked to conserve gas, ate little protein (steak was a rarity), and were restricted by food stamps. No obese people lived on my block. In fact, I didn’t know any obese people. How things have changed.

America is no longer a fit nation, it is a fat nation, and the obesity statistics are alarming. According to the President’s Council on Fitness and Sports 37% of Americans aren’t physically active. More than 108 million Americans are either obese or overweight. Teens and younger kids are developing type 2 diabetes, formerly an adult disease.

What can Americans do? We can eat more vegetables. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has posted an article on www.MyPyramid.com titled “Why is it Important to Eat Vegetables?” The reasons include reducing the risks of type 2 diabetes, stroke, mouth, stomach, and colon-rectum cancer, and heart disease. In other words, eating vegetables is a way to protect your health.

Mayo Clinic has posted an article about the energy density of vegetables on its website. The article, “Energy Density and Weight Loss: Feel Full on Fewer Calories,” tells how energy density works. Many vegetables have low energy density, Mayo says, and you can eat large servings of them, feel full quickly, and because you feel full, consume fewer calories.

Green vegetables are a good example. One serving of green beans, asparagus, or broccoli contains about 25 calories, according to Mayo Clinic. This number refers to plain vegetables, not vegetables drenched in butter or smothered in cheese sauce. Lightly dressed salads also have low energy density.

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) says most of the space on your dinner plate should be filled with vegetables, fruits, and whole grains. Eating lots of vegetables can help you reach and maintain a healthy weight, according to the CDC. To learn more log onto the CDC Homepage and print out “How to Use Fruits and Vegetables to Help Manage Your Weight.”

Vegetables and daily walking have helped me to keep a healthy weight. I love vegetables, probably because of my childhood Victory Garden experience. But many Americans grimace when they think about fixing vegetables or eating them. Why? It takes time to wash and slice vegetables and Americans are short of time.

Many of us don’t know how to cook vegetables. A serving of limp, gray-green beans is hardly appealing. Carrots cooked until they are mush are a turn-off. How can we get Americans to eat more vegetables? We can explain cooking techniques.

Steamed vegetables, for example, retain their color and crispness. The same is true of stir fried vegetables. I stir fry vegetables in a cast iron skillet. The skillet is so well seasoned that I need only a tablespoon (or less) of olive oil.

Americans also need to learn how to season vegetables. Though I rarely cook with salt, sometimes I sprinkle light salt on vegetables. Most of the time I season vegetables with lemon pepper or fresh lemon juice. I also season them with fresh thyme, rosemary, basil, and garlic.

Involving kids in meal preparation is another way to get Americans to eat vegetables. Older kids can cut the tips off of string beans, peel and slice carrots, or slice mushrooms. Younger kids can get pans out of the cupboard, measure ingredients, and set the table.

Trying new vegetables, such as jicima, may also help Americans to eat more of them. Fresh vegetables add sparkle to any meal. We don’t have Victory Gardens any more, but we can eat vegetables to prevent disease and maintain a healthy weight. Put vegetables at the top of your grocery list today!

Rewards Credit Cards - Are They Really a Sweet Deal?

Rewards are everywhere! Gas stations… grocery stores… pharmacies… hotel chains… They all claim to reward you on purchases that you make. Likewise, credit card companies have their own rewards credit cards programs. Simply put, the more you spend, the more rewards you get from a rewards credit card. Sounds like a sweet deal, doesn’t it?

The Fun Factor of Rewards Programs

Unless you’re a savvy rewards credit card shopper that’s done his or her homework, then you might end up feeling like a kid again or worse yet, a fool. Remember dropping quarter after quarter into the machine trying to get that cute little stuffed animal only to end up with a little plastic finger ring and empty pockets. If lucky, you might have gotten that irresistible toy after all, but it probably cost you way more than it was really worth. With games, I guess the idea is “fun,” and if you get rewarded that’s even better. But with rewards credit cards, is the “fun factor” worth your hard earned money? Read more to find out how to keep the fun in the rewards.

Avoid High APRs

Cards with rewards often have higher interest rates than the typical card. For those who like to pay off their balances each month, rewards credit cards might be right up your alley. If you don’t pay off your balances, then you might find that the higher rates are not worth the rewards. You will need to do a little math to figure out the best deal.

Avoid Annual Fees

Like high APRs, a reward credit card may require you to pay annual fees as much as $40. Once you’ve paid the annual fee, the rewards might not be enough to justify getting the card in the first place. Consider the value of the reward versus the amount spent in annual fees and interest rates.

Cash In On Cash Back

Some rewards credit cards offer cash back rewards for your purchases. For example, you might earn 1% on all purchases. If you spend $5000, then you’ll get $50 back. This type of rewards credit card bases the cash back earned on the amount of purchases you make, and there might be a maximum limit you can claim. When evaluating these offers, be sure to read the fine print.

Accumulate and Redeem Points

Most point systems are designed to give you about one point per penny spent. Say you earn 1000 points using your reward credit card. You might get a reward worth about $10, such as a store gift certificate or credit that can be accumulated and applied to a larger gift reward. If a rewards credit card offers less, has a cap on the number of points you can earn or the points can expire before you use them, then you might find a better deal elsewhere. Take time to shop around!

Fly the Skies

Frequent flier programs are similar to the point system and cash back rewards. You might get one flier mile (or point) for every $2 that you spend using your card. Most cards require you to generate around 25,000 point before you can redeem them for free airline fare. Any cards that require you to accumulate more points might not be worth it. If you are a frequent flier and can benefit from this type of program, compare reward credit cards. The best place to do this is online.

There are numerous reward programs that are available when using rewards credit cards. Individual cards may have specialized programs that are tailored to various groups, such as small business owners, students, travelers, “shopaholics”, etc. Just like the carnival games, a girl will run straight for the games with doll prizes, whereas a boy will want to play for balls or cars. The same holds true for credit cards shoppers. But beware of the gag gifts! Take your time to read the fine print and shop around for the best rewards credit cards.

Pagan Medicine: Then and Now

Posted in World Of Health

A time will come when our children’s children will look back upon the age of “modern” medicine of the 21st century as paganistic witchcraft, foisted upon ignorant masses of people. May God rightly judge those who corrupted His ministry of healing and killed His children.

When one compares today’s modern medicine with that of the medicine practiced by ancient Egyptians, a remarkable similarity unfolds.

The Egyptian Papyri, discovered in Thebes about 1862, furnish medical prescriptions issued in Egypt about 1552 B.C. Listed among the ingredients are

-lizard’s blood
-Moisture from pig’s ears
-animal fats
-excreta from humans, animals and insects
-drugs (1)

For example, to cure embedded splinters, worms’ blood and asses’ dung were applied. Such a practice had to result in a heavy toll of death from lockjaw, since dung is loaded with tetanus spores. (2)

By Contrast, the neighboring nation of Israel enjoyed relatively good health. Their nation was a Theocracy (ruled by God). God promised the Israelites they would not suffer any of the diseases that afflicted the Egyptians, if they observed His commandments.(3)

In light of the fact that Moses was instructed in all the wisdom of the Egyptians (Acts 7:22), it is amazing none of the Egyptian treatments for illness show up in the Pentateuch. (4) And there is good reason. The health laws God laid down to the Israelites, i.e. sanitary disposal of excrement, washing and use of running water, isolation and quarantine, dietary regulations, cleansing after touching the dead, have all stood the test of time.

However, when tomorrow’s historians investigate the written modern medicine medical record of the 21st century, what will they find? They will find medicinal ingredients, not unlike that of the ancient Egyptians.

-Pus from sores of diseased animals
-Horse serum
-Calf serum
-Fecal matter
-Urine
-Unwashed physician hands
-Poisonous drugs

The record will also reveal these “modern medicines” had about the same results as the ancient Egyptians, and did nothing to advance healing. As a matter of fact, they will learn the use of these substances advanced disease at the expense of untold human suffering and death. (5,6)

Fortunately, not every modern day physician subscribes to modern day pagan medicine. Dr. Robert Mendelsohn, M.D., an ardent foe of modern medicine wrote;

“I no longer believe in modern medicine. I believe that despite
all the super technology and elite bedside manner, the greatest danger to your health is the doctor who practices modern medicine. I believe that Modern Medicine’s treatments for disease are seldom effective, and that they’re often more dangerous than the disease they’re designed to treat.” - Dr. Robert Mendelsohn, M.D.

When you consider the modern day medicine apparatus is directly responsible for one of every three deaths, (7) Dr. Mendelsohn is right.

I believe there are others, men and women like Dr. Mendelsohn who will rise up to restore dignity, honor and holiness to the ministry of healing. They will rise up and overthrow the pagan form of medicine we know today as modern medicine.

I believe a time will come when our children’s children will look back upon the age of “modern medicine” of the 21st century as paganistic witchcraft, foisted upon an ignorant peolpe. May God rightly judge those who corrupted His ministry of healing and killed His children.

Listening Between the Lines

Have you seen the tee-shirt with the slogan, “Talk to the hand ‘cos the face ain’t listening?” Do you feel it’s like this sometimes when you are trying to get through to people? But just how good a listener are you? Do you actually “listen between the lines?”

So often we hear about a problem, and immediately jump in. We want a quick fix. However, we are inside our own head, and make no attempt to get into the head of the other person.

As a leader of staff it is very challenging to keep quiet, and to listen. This is the key, though, to getting the best out of your workforce. Take the time to listen to what they are saying.
What motivates them? What are they putting up with at work? What issues really concern them?

As a parent, or as a partner, we become mindful of our own listening skills. So often, lack of time, and stress in our lives get in the way of listening to those close to us. We hear, but we do not understand.

It is always tricky being around adolescents with their notorious mood swings. And yet, if you take the time to listen to them, to participate in their lives, you may discover a real friend. The key is to put your own issues on hold, and to get to know the child at his or her level.

My teenage daughter and I were talking about the bombings in London in July. Her value set was obviously challenged. I made time and space to listen to her, and let her drive the conversation. As a result, I was able to build up her trust. A stronger relationship between the two of us emerged.

This is no different from what you could achieve with your own staff. Let them know your door is always open, that you are open to discuss any problem they might have.

Be careful about how high you set expectations. Do you give the impression that you just want to get the job done? Do people feel that you are so focused that you would not listen anyway?

By taking the time to listen you will be able to address their grievance, and move on together. Everyone will be happier, and you will have laid a real foundation of trust.

Backup Outlook Express Mails and Address Book

Email loss causes majority of business loss, to overcome the common problem the backup of Outlook Express mails can be taken regularly and this article is aimed at explaining you how you can backup your Outlook Express mails (Since, Outlook Express lacks a backup option). Outlook Express the widely used email program is usually installed with the Windows operating system. Outlook Express is fairly easy to use, but finding and backing up the emails can be a little more complicated. Since there are a large number of files and folders on a computer running Windows, the first problem is to find the files containing the emails. Outlook Express stores emails in .dbx files and it stores and maintains different dbx files depending upon the email folders created in Outlook Express.

In Windows 98, you can probably locate your emails somewhere in the Windows directory. In Windows 2000 and XP, emails are usually stored somewhere in the user data or application data folder. The common reasons for email loss are virus attack, software malfunction, power failures, human error and hard drive failure.

One can easily save and backup the emails, attachments, address book and other important data from within the email client to a CDRW or DVD; otherwise in case of a computer problem the user will find himself in the impossibility to get them back, and this can be a really unwanted situation especially for web community or people who rely on their emails. Unfortunately the common practice among us is that we actually start to do backup copies only after we lose data.

The simple way to find out and locate the actual path where your emails are stored is as follows
1. Start Outlook Express
2. Go to the Tools menu,

3. Open the Options dialog box.
4. In the Options dialog box, Select the Maintenance page
5. Click the Store Folder button.

Here you can find the path to the folder containing your emails. To open the folder, copy the path and paste in the address field of the Windows File Manager. You should see a number of .dbx files (depending upon the number of folders created) and possibly some other files, too. After locating the email folder, you can simply select all the files, copy them and paste it to a new location or you can take the backup on another hard disk, a CDRW, a DVD or a network drive.

How to backup Address Book
1. Select Tools >> Address Book… from the menu in Outlook Express.
2. Choose File >> Export >> Other Address Book… from the address book’s menu.
3. Select Text File (Comma Separated Values) as the export format.
4. Click Export.
5. Select the location you want to export your address book to using the browse… button.
6. Give your backup copy a meaningful name.
7. Click Next.
8. Select the fields you want to include in your backup.
9. Select Finish.
10. Click OK to finish.

If you have not backed up you emails so, take a backup now. If you face any email loss and you have no backup then don’t panic the Nucleus Kernel for Outlook Express - Mail Recovery Software will help you retrieve your deleted and lost mails back. The software uses QFSCI technology to quickly retrieve lost emails. So in case of email disasters try the demo of Kernel for Outlook Express - Mail Recovery Software. Real Estate Marketing Strategies: How to Stop Struggling and Start Attracting

Having been a business coach for Real Estate Agents for more that 10 years, I often hear my clients say things like, “Why does this have to be a Struggle” or “I’m feeling desperate, I need more clients.”

They try the right marketing approaches , they manage their time and it looks like they are doing everything they can. However most business owners are missing the key ingredient: The Law
Of Attraction.

In this article, Part I, I will give an overview of the Law of Attraction and how it can make all the difference in your success or failure. In future articles, I’ll go into more detail on each step.

The Five Steps of the Law of Attraction:

1. Be aware of what you don’t want. Believe it or not, it is essential that we all know what we don’t want. Why? Because it helps us identify what we do want. What don’t you want in your life? Make a list and write it down.

2. Be aware of what you do want. So after making your list of don’t wants, go back to each item. Write next to it a list of you do want. It’s helpful to take one page and divide it into 2 columns, the left column is “Don’t wants” and the right column is “Do wants” After you have your Do Want, just scratch out your “Don’t wants”.

So what do you want in your life and/or your business? If you’re like most of my clients you list of Do Wants, reads something like this: I want an abundance of clients, I want a full bank account , I want a 6 figure income and so on. Please be detailed in your list of your “Do Wants”.

Clear your beliefs. What does that mean? It simply means to do a little soul searching and find the self-limiting beliefs that get in the way of your success. Here are beliefs I often hear:

• “I don’t have what it takes”

• “I’m not smart enough”

• “I’m afraid of failing”

• “I can’t find any joy in my work”

• “If I succeed, I’ll have to give up my family life”

Here’s the crucial thing to know, even if you are doing all the right marketing strategies, you would sabotage your success as long as these beliefs are hidden away in your consciousness or unconsciousness. What are your self-limiting beliefs? rite them down.

4. Feel what it feels like to have your ideal professional life. Simply put, when you “act as if”, you send an energy out to the universe that magnetizes the results to you that you want. I will elabortate in detail on future articles.

5. The last step is the most understood. It’s called “Allow”. In other words, allow your desires to come to you. What does allow mean? It means to suspend doubt and assume that what you want is on the way.
